This high carbon steel “super hook” manufactured in our Japanese factories has some excellent features that make it a cut above the rest. The four micro cutting edges provide a much sharper penetrating point. This greatly improves your hook up rate. PTFE coating technology, famous for its non-stick slippery surface (commonly used on frypans), is used on each hook. It reduces friction thus greatly improving penetration and extending the life of the hook.
